Accstar has been working with SITEL in a Consultancy capacity when I joined SITEL in Sept 1998 and continues to be engaged with the Company to date.

The Company is effectively SITEL’S external Sun expert. There is very limited knowledge of Sun and related products within the organisation, and Accstar provides SITEL with the expertise and knowledge we require. They not only work within the UK organisation, but also on a consultancy basis for all of SITEL’S European organisations and also latterly, as a consultant to SITEL Corporation in the US. They have assisted with the implementation and roll out throughout Europe. They have also been instrumental in ensuring the implementation of Hyperion from the US was planned as efficiently as possible to integrate with the current Sun systems

At all times, we could not fault them way they have approached both their work and relationship with SITEL as a client and the engagements we have thrown at them - more often than not responding to requests at the last minute. The Company has become a valuable partner to the business, to the point that any Sun or similar issues are referred in the first instance to them for clarity and advice.
